Meet the Founder

Dr Ravikumar Stephen J's career in Human Resource Management extends over 24 years
and a half, during which, he has worked with major Indian and Multinational companies.  Many Trainers of World repute have trained him.  He is very active in professional forums and served as a Secretary of the Madras HRD Network for four years, during that period he gave a fillip to the HRD movement in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu. He was the Past National Council Member of Indian Society for Training & Development and was the local co-ordinator for the P.G. Diploma in Training & Development.  He is a
POWERFUL MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER and has given lectures in several professional forums and in professional colleges.  He has delivered special speeches in the Annual National Conferences of the National Institute of Personnel Management, India.

Stephen holds a Doctoral Degree in Behavioural Science from the I.O. University, Netherlands, in addition two Post Graduate degrees among which, one is in Human Resource Management and won the Bharat Excellence Award.  He has gone through the Professional stream of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science and accredited by the Academy of HRD Network to conduct Individual, Group and Organisational Assessment.

He has pioneered the Outdoor Training and Sociodrama in India.  AIR, NDTV and JAYA TV have interviewed him (as breakfast celebrity) on the areas of his expertise.  He was on the board of M.V. Swarajdeep on Government of India Invitation for the Millennium Celebrations, being the First person to inform the Government of India about the First Dawn of 2000 AD shining at the shores of Katchal Island, Nicobar Group.

Stephen is a Reiki and Pranic Healer and proficient in various forms of Modern Meditation.  He is ordained by the TACUSA and was the Vice President of CBMC India. 

Stephen wears several hats.  He is a Social and Peace Activist and currently the National Executive Council Member of Pakistan-India People’s Forum for Peace & Democracy.  He is the Second Management consultant to have spoken at the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP).  He is the founder of the Peace Coalition of People of South Asia.  His broader vision is to bring Peace among the children of Manu (Noah).
