University, Meerut.  She is the Co-editor of Amity Journal of Psychology and Forensic Science and has presented several papers in International Conferences in addition to being adept in Psychometric Testing.  Dr Aparna was with Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad, and previously was an Assistant Professor at Amity University, Delhi.
