The following is the brief history that prompted Dr J Ravikumar Stephen to start FABLAR.
There were times when Ravi moved away from the will of God. But God always drew him back into His folds. The real change of heart happened in the year 1995, after an NDE [Near-Death Experience]. Dr. Ravikumar Stephen J experienced a major RTA [Road Traffic Accident] on May 16, 1995. On 18th May 1995, he had a VISION from God which led to his miraculous recover and ultimately into deep introspection. There was an INNER VOICE telling him to do something for the good of Society. At the time he was employed with ALSTOM, which is a French multinational corporation. His position at ALSTOM did not allow time for the passion which God had given him to serve his Society.
On 16th January 2000, Ravi received a mandate from God to promote peace between India and Pakistan. He could not resist the temptation to listen to that same INNER VOICE on December, 2001. The end result was the inception of FABLAR in March, 2002, placing Dr. Stephan as Chief Facilitating Officer. The funds that were required for the following social projects were generated through the Training and Consultancy assignments of Dr. Stephen. In essence, Dr. Stephen diverted the profits from Seminars conducted for the Corporate Houses to the public at large.
You can read more of his spiritual experiences from the following paper in the pdf format, which you could download:
In addition to the ongoing Initiatives of Dr. Stephen he remained active in the following:
